＜皇室典範＞改正「必要」６３％　「女性天皇」賛成７２％

　毎日新聞は２６、２７の両日実施した全国世論調査（電話）で、秋篠宮ご夫妻の長男悠仁（ひさひと）さま誕生（６日）を受け、皇室典範改正問題に関して聞いた。政府は悠仁さま誕生で典範改正を当面見送る方針だが、「改正の必要がある」と答えたのは、今年２月の調査時より１１ポイント多い６３％に上った。典範改正の必要性の認識が、国民の間に広がっている実態を示した。
　「女性天皇」に賛成としたのは７２％。皇太子ご夫妻の長女敬宮（としのみや）愛子さま誕生直後の０１年１２月の８６％や、小泉純一郎前首相の私的諮問機関「皇室典範に関する有識者会議」が女性・女系天皇を認める報告書を提出した直後の昨年１２月の８５％、秋篠宮妃紀子さまの懐妊が明らかになった今年２月の７８％などと比べ、若干減少した。
　「女系天皇を認めるべきだ」としたのは、２月の調査と同じ６５％。「男系を維持すべきだ」としたのは２月より３ポイント減の２６％だった。昨年１２月の調査では「女系天皇を認めるべきだ」としたのは７１％だった。安倍首相は典範改正に慎重な姿勢を見せ、男系維持派とされるが、調査で女系容認派は、安倍内閣を支持した層でも６４％に達し、内閣の支持・不支持と関係しない結果が出た。
　典範改正の必要性に関し今年２月の調査では、「必要がある」が５２％で、「必要はない」が４１％だったが、今回は「必要がある」は６３％、「必要はない」は２７％。安倍内閣支持層でも「必要がある」は６５％、「必要はない」は２８％だった。【竹中拓実】
